Large modern hotel; rooms were decent size and clean; good view! Good coffee in room! It was good that breakfast was optional. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff at check-in. Unfortunately I did not get the name, but I’d love to commend the young lady who checked us in. She was so genuine in recommending her most favorite restaurants in the area (which were Not the hotel restaurants!) and she even noticed that our stay overlaps with m birthday. Very friendly and nice.

The view from our room (suite with view of both the Old Town and the sea) was incredible. One of the best hotel room views I have ever had. The room was tastefully furnished in a modern style, the lighting system and shower were more intuitive than most hotels manage, the bathtub was incredible -- SO deep and wide. The location was quite good, easily walkable to Old Town.

The service was fantastic, we celebrated my fiance's birthday and got sparkling wine delivered to the room with handwritten card - that was an amazing surprise. Already without the extra mile we were happy with the service, but that was just amazing. Also the view was great, the room was clean and very comfortable.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The spa was peaceful and quiet, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive – they fulfilled our request for champagne in the room, which had an amazing view. Everything was spotless and felt fresh – the hotel seems recently renovated, with a modern and elegant touch. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. The restaurant on the top floor was excellent, offering both delicious food and a fantastic view. Breakfast was also great – in addition to the standard buffet, we could choose dishes from a menu. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely come back again!

Room: Everything you need, complimentary drinks, full stacked bar, coffee machine, hair dryer, wi-fi, nice TV, spacious suite. View was nice of the sky raises all around. Breakfast: Gorgeous! Special menu for the week, as well as self serving place with everything you would want to starters, hot food, deserts etc. Reception: Very kind, helped with all our question, and also arranged late checkout even tho it was very busy!

The room exceeded my expectations with its generous proportions and immaculate cleanliness. The stunning views from the windows provided a perfect backdrop to our stay. The breakfast was a particular highlight - a lavish spread that offered both quality and variety, ensuring a perfect start to the day.

Good spa, nice room , especially room 1823 -in the corner of the floor, where no one walks by and does not disturb with a view of the city, large breakfast selection it's nice that free water, sweets or apples are available at the reception in the afternoon comfortable beds, good bed linen and towels, robes and slippers On the first day, there was a very kind porter who met at the entrance, offered to bring the bags and parked the car The first day check in was very fast and professional Very fast, good lifts Exelent Roof top bar- very kind and pofessional staff and perfect food/ the best of all the other places we had been in those days

It was a very good choice, the hotel looks amazing, I had also very nice view over the city center from 18th floor room, the staff was very kind and helpful, food in the restaurants was really next level delicious. I also used often the spa area of the hotel, I worried it will be super crowded, but usually there were few people, so I felt alright and enjoyed. They were able to arrange even massage last moment and without any complaints, so that was super nice. Definitely a place to stay in Tallinn. Also it was super close to walk to the city center from the hotel and the neighbourhood looks nice (even though part of it are being reconstructed currently).

When we arrived we were early. We expected that we would be told to come back later. The receptionist could not have been nicer. She said she would see if there was a room available. There was. She was very kind. In a world where people and hotel receptionists are often under trained, stressed or not happy in the ir work it was a pleasure. ANd I have to say that everyone else seemed really welcoming too. Thank you
